LIMITED WARRANTY

Summary: The above listed product is warranted to the original purchaser by Alan Gordon Enterprises, Inc. (A-G-E) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, starting on the date of purchase.

Remedy: During the warranty period, A-G-E will remedy any defect in materials or workmanship by repair or replacement without charge. These services will be performed at our facility and the equipment must be sent to us prepaid and carefully packed. This original Warranty Certificate and a description of the reason for the return should accompany the shipment.

Exclusions: A-G-E will not be responsible for equipment malfunctions or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or tampering.

To obtain Warranty Service: Notify A-G-E promptly in writing. Do not ship any equipment to us until you have received a return authorization.

The Foregoing is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. A-G-E is not responsible for any expense, loss, inconvenience or consequential damage caused by this equipment.
